DAY 1 Sat, Jun 29, 2024

• Arrival Palermo ( SAS 10:00 arrivals) Spend the first day relaxing at the private Pool or local beaches, in the evening we will have a Welcome dinner on the Terrace overlook the beautiful Golf of Castellammare. (L, D) 

DAY 2  Sun, Jun 30, 2024

• We start the Morning with a Private Yoga Classe at the Poolside then following breakfast we will go the the hot bath of the Terme Gorga followed by a lunch at Mediteraneo Segesta an old Trainstatin-come-Resturant then a tour of the Greek temple of Segesta w/ Gabriela. We will have Dinner at Paola’s Terrace (B,D)

DAY 3 Mon, Jul 1, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast off the bustling Capitol of PALERMO we will have lunch at the famous Antica Focacceria di San Francesco a Resturant from 1834. tour medieval quarters finishing at the famous Quatro Canti (the 4 corners) we will have free time to shop before leaving. We will stop for dinner in Terassini. (B,L)

DAY 4 Tue, Jul 2, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast we will do a boat tour of Scopello and the Reserve Zingara on the Penelope Cruise in the afternoon we will have a workshop by the Pool at 16:30 – 18:30. in the evening we will Visit the nearby town of Alcamo and have dinner at Maurizio’s.

DAY 5 Wed, Jul 3, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast we will go to the south coast to the town of Sciacca and the Palazzo Incantato (the Enchanted Palace) then we and have lunch at the spectacular white clay cliffs of Capo Bianco where we will swim in the sea before leaving. Dinner Included (B,D)

DAY 6 Thu, Jul 4, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast we will visit the famous Cathedrals of Monreale followed by a lunch and Wine tasting at the Alessandro di Camporeale in the Sicilian Countryside. Diner on Paola’s Terrace

DAY 7 Fri, Jul 5, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast we will visit  San Vito Lo Capo A BEACH DAY! AN evening Pizza Party at Rosso Verace in Castellammare.

DAY 8 Sat, Jul 6, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast free time to lounge in the Pool or swim the local beaches or visit the outdoor Market. In the late afternoon we will have Lunch at a Yoga Nidra Session we will have a Farewell Aperitivo at Poala’s. 

DAY 9 Sun, Jul 7, 2024

• Morning Yoga then after breakfast Check out at 12:00 ITINERY A ENDS transfer to the  Airport ( for the extended tour see about for the 12 day Itinerary)

• Morning Prāṇāyāma (breathing and meditation sessions) 30 min Quick Breakfast, Leave 9:00 for the UNESCO World Heritage site Villa Casale Armerina and the Old city of Ragusa and the even older Ragusa Ilba

DAY 10 Mon, Jul 8, 2024

• Morning Prāṇāyāma at the hotel rooftop Leave for famous Greek City of Siracusa of the mathematician and engineer Archimedes, then a Stay in the quaint town of Acireale outside of Catania, Dinner at the Famous Pizzeria Il Tocco overlooking the Volcano Etna.

DAY 11 Tue, Jul 9, 2024

• Morning Prāṇāyāma at the hotel  In the morning we will visit the breathtaking cliffside town of Taormina. Then we will have a Light lunch on the Slopes of My Etna at the Gambino Winery before heading back to back to the villas in Castellamare 

Day 12 Wed, Jul 10, 2024

• Morning Prāṇāyāma at the Breakfast and then Airport transfer to Palermo (checkout at 12 am)

SAS offers Direct flights, but there are great deals with a short layover if you choose Lufthansa or Swiss Air.

I recommend booking on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Fly in to Palermo International Airport. If you want to come before or stay afterwards, I am happy to give you recommendations.

The apartments are equipped with a small kitchenette, bathrooms and separate bedrooms. The best is if you come as friends, family or as a couple so you can be assigned a space together.

Though you will not be assigned the same bedroom, you may get assigned into an apartment with several bedrooms.
