Breathing and Meditation Course
This is a 8 week online course.
Get a brief introduction to the Subtle Body anatomy and the Chakra system.
You will learn the traditional Haṭha Yoga techniques of
We will dive into deeper meditations practices as taught by Dharma Mittra.
The requirements for the course: An open mind! Willingness to practice, the Yama of Ahiṃsā.
What you will get ?
- An introduction to the history and terms of Prāṇāyāma and the 8 limb Path, Energy Centers (Cakras).
- The Subtle Body (Nādī) and the Different breathing and Meditation techniques.
- A Brief lecture on the terms and the background history (2 lectures).
- Breathing Techniques including Alternate Nostril Breathing.
- The Dharma Mittra Psychic Development Techniques of Breathing, concentration and meditation.
- A weekly meeting of 45 min via Zoom call so you can do this at any time, and access to the recorded classes.

The Weekly Schedule
- Week 1 – Lecture on the history of Cakras (aka Chakras) and introduction to tantric ideas and the subtle body
- Week 2 – Introduction to Prāṇāyāma Mudras and breathing techniques, we will practice some of these techniques
- Week 3 – Prāṇāyāma Practice (you will practice this routine all week)
- Week 4 – Prāṇāyāma Practice (you will practice this routine all week)
- Week 5 – Prāṇāyāma Practice (you will practice this routine all week)
- Week 6 – Introduction to the Yama of Ahiṃsā & Psychic development, and mantras (you will practice all week)
- Week 7 – Psychic development, and mantras (you will practice all week)
- Week 8 – Psychic development, and mantras (you will practice all week) final questions & answers
