Are you feeling stressed by work, corona, life? Are you having trouble to relax? Restore your body and participate in one of India’s older mindful techniques of deep healing relaxation and breathing. Each 45 min session will take you to a deep meditative state where you will activate your parasympathetic nervous system and allow your body’s natural healing mechanisms to take effect.
Each session we will explore a breathing exercise and then enjoy the beneficial effects of Yoga Nidra.
