Dharma Gentle Class

Dharma Gentle Ideal class for beginners, returning to a yoga practice with injuries or for anyone who wants to take an effective but a little calmer class.After a warm-up sequence, you are guided through simple sitting and standing positions to loosen up the joints, give good posture and better balance, followed by simple Standing Postures and Stretches. Basic variations of key postures such as: shoulder stand, forward bends, back bending and spinal twist
Beginner breathing exercises and relaxation at the end of the class to help promote calmness with an Extended Deep Healing Relaxation
This class can be taught in a 60, 75 or 90 min version
