Dharma | All levels
This series is designed to help advance students in their posture practice. It will support health to the entire bodily system through a series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted variations, including stepping stones to the Headstand. Concludes with a guided deep relaxation and meditation. It is open to all levels so there will be options for every practitioner.
This class can be taught in a 60, 75 or 90 min version
